Core responsibilities
  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to technology products, and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Content creation: Produce technical marketing collateral such as whitepapers, case studies, and product videos to explain complex IT products and services.
  • Campaign management: Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO/SEM and social media, and analyze performance to meet objectives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with IT, product development, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product capabilities and sales goals.
  • Market analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales support: Develop and manage a sales pipeline, create sales forecasts, and sometimes assist in closing deals. 
Required skills and qualifications
  • Technical knowledge: A solid understanding of IT products, services, and the technology industry is essential.
  • Marketing expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, and market research.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and present to various audiences.
  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of sales processes and revenue goals to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
